Precisa conhecer o mercado de tecnologia, estar atento aos métodos de recrutamento e construção de networking para desenvolver e executar as melhores estratégias de atração de talentos. Você também se sente à vontade com ferramentas e análises, e está sempre antenado as melhores práticas do mercado, para tornar nosso processo de recrutamento cada dia mais inteligente e eficiente.

**Qualificações mínimas**:

- Experiência com recrutamento de profissionais de tecnologia;
- Experiência com hunting de profissionais através do Linkedin e demais mídias sociais;
- Conhecimento do mercado de profissionais de tecnologia;
- Graduação superior em andamento em Psicologia, Administração de Empresas, Gestão de RH ou áreas afins;
- Espanhol ou inglês avançado.
**Diferenciais**:

- Conhecimento nas tendências da área de Talent Acquisition;
- Experiência com hunting de profissionais para posições estratégicas;
- Espanhol ou Inglês fluente.
