**Descrição do perfil**
- Responsável por garantir as frentes de cuidado com documentações e assistir os clientes com as demandas de administrador de contratos_.

**Principais atividades**
- Analisar Propostas, Editais, Seguro Garantia, Ofícios;
- Analisar documentações (contrato social, procurações, conferência de assinatura de contratos e outros);
- Garantir a atualização do cadastro junto ao Executivo de Contas (documentos);
- Atualizar ferramenta de armazenamento documentos;
- Realizar fechamento da venda após conferência do projeto comercial assinado pelo cliente;
- Realizar contato com o cliente para confirmar os serviços contratados (kick-off);
- Liberar Faturamento;
- Acompanhar emissão das 1as faturas e tirar as dúvidas dos clientes, evitando contestação na linha de frente;
- Tratar chamados de pós-ativação (ex: alteração de titularidade, planta comercial, mudança de endereço, contestação de faturas, cadastro de serviço de voz, criação de contrato SAP etc);
- Negociar Inadimplência através de contato direto com o cliente;
- Garantir a emissão do faturamento dos serviços contratados através de relatórios de CDRs represados, Ativados e Não faturados, Ativação Técnica x Ativação Comercial;
- Interface com todas as áreas da empresa para tratar questões referentes aos contratos/propostas assinadas com intuito de garantir o cumprimento das condições comerciais;
- Controle de solicitação e emissão de faturamento de serviços IOT.

**Experiência Profissional**
- Experiência com atendimento ao cliente;
- Experiência com serviço de Telecom;
- Desejável experiência com cobrança de dívidas.
- Formação superior em andamento: Administração, Letras, Direito, Ciências Contábeis ou áreas semelhantes.
