**ROLE PURPOSE**

As Fleet Personnel Manager, you are responsible of the unit staffing strategy, the management of the personnel on board. The coordination of the logistics/ rotes, training and competencies activities as for the crewing processes.
You take ownership for the overall mobilization, crew changes, rote management and level of training and competencies of the offshore crew onboard in fully alignment with international standards, requirements and regulations. You are also responsible for improving the use of the crewing tool and processes within your department.

**ROLE CONTRIBUITION**- Define the Floating Production Storage & Offloading Vessel (FPSO) staffing strategy in Brazil with adequate qualified, skilled, certified, and medically fit seafarers in line with regulatory and contractual obligations as for international and national requirements.- Monitoring the overall unit staffing level (short term) and focus on medium and long term manning strategy as well- Supervise the Pre-boarding Readiness process.- Optimize the rotations, coverage and crew changes monitoring also the level of fatigue onboard- Optimize the Fatigue Management, crew rotation analysis and related action plan (especially in case of emergency)- Provide strategic staffing advice to stakeholders including Operations Managers in line with the operational needs with regards to training plan and nationalization process- Supervise Training and Fleet Instructors team to monitor and follow up the country fleet KPIs and objectives with associated improvement plans.- Monitor with the training team the level on the offshore competencies and training compliance onboard.- Act as main point of contact for the internal and external crewing unit audits- Provide input on the global crewing procedures in Global Enterprise Management System GEMS- Manage and govern relationships and negotiations with Flag State authorities on the offshore and crewing issues.- Continuous monitoring and updating of the Meet & Greet procedure in the country to guarantee an optimized process in line with the Company Safety and HSSE standards.- Act as focus point in case of MEDEVAC and Relative Response team processes- Analyze unit monthly dashboard reports and recommend continuous improvement actions.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS** A different educational background could be compensated for by experience in the same environment in a management role- Excellent oral and written communication skill- Fluent in English- Minimum 10 years' experience in personnel management with at least 5 years in the maritime or the offshore oil and gas industry- OPITO, IMO, NR, MLC and STWC knowledge are required- Crew Management tool knowledge is a plus
