**ROLE CONTRIBUTION**:

- Coordinate logistics and travel arrangements for personnel mobilization/demobilization, considering the constraints of each project
- Ensure that personnel documentation are ready in proper time - visa, medicals, mandatory trainings, technical trainings, according to SBM and Client’s requirements
- Manage de POB/Forecast. Team allocation in the different projects
- Issue PO for manning agencies, according to Installation Manager instructions
- Follow-up PO x Agencies’ invoices. Check BM, invoices, revise PO

**ROLE REQUIREMNTS**:

- Completed or ongoing bachelor degree in administratives areas
- Experienced professional with track record of similar Project Logistics Coordinator roles
- Operational logistics work experience, involving the mobilization of personnel (from various departments within the company, client, and vendors, etc.)
- Ability to react to and support operations with 24/7 support activity
- Fluent in English
- Experience with Office Package
