**IT HAM Analyst****Who We Are****What You’ll Do**The IT HAM Analyst is responsible for ordering fulfilment, creation and provision of computer/peripheral acquisition, requests and purchase orders, coordinating with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of devices. As well as in-country Invoicing management for reprographics and leasing devices in Brazil.**Key Responsibilities**- Consumables Order Fulfilment:Process and fulfil orders for consumables.Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of consumables, end to end process.- Creation and Provision of Computer/Peripheral Purchase Requests and Purchase Orders:Generate purchase requests and orders for computer and peripheral equipment.Ensure all purchase requests and orders are accurately documented and processed.- In-Country Invoicing for Reprographics (Brazil):Handle invoicing processes for reprographics within the country.Ensure accurate and timely invoicing and reconciliation.- In-Country Invoicing for Leasing Computer/Peripheral (Brazil):Handle invoicing processes for leasing computer/peripheral within the country.Ensure accurate and timely invoicing and reconciliation.**Preferred experience**:- Experience of dealing with business personnel- General knowledge about IT infrastructure, hardware and software- Strong management, organization, analytical skills with a keen attention to detail- Strong scripting skills for data consolidations and formatting- Strong commitment to customer-focused service delivery and support- Strong customer service and communication skills (verbal, written), while employing diplomacy with customers within the organization on a global scale- Ability to delivery to deadlines- Must acquire knowledge necessary to continually manage the- Ability to prioritize multiple high-level tasks and self-manage time to ensure on-time delivery- English**Why Cognizant?**A career in one of the largest and fastest growing IT services providers worldwide.Ongoing support and funding with training and development plans.A highly competitive benefits and salary package.Opportunity to work for leading global companies.
