**IT BUSINESS ANALYST**

**Job description**:

- Interviews business partners for business requirements definition
- Performs system health check analysis and triaging of issues
- Translates business requirements into a set of structured business process, technology and organization specifications
- Manage app related configurations on the servers, doing system and servers configuration, data analysis and mapping of solutions
- Lead global solutions planning support and improvements, ensuring the availability and quality of services provided and compliance with service levels agreed with the business areas, monitoring the quality and lead time of problem solving, interacting with those responsible for providing these services so that problems are resolved and demands met, according to the pre-established standards with the manufacturing areas;
- Participates in solution designs, supporting the Business Engagement area in the projects and enhacements to manufacturing area, managing/supporting 3rd party and in house Custom Dev Application (lvl 2/3 support). Create test scripts, tests and provides deliverables according to the time, cost, and quality criteria.
- Creates transition to support plans as part of solution delivery
- Coaches less experienced team members
- Provides regular status reporting to IDS Senior Leadership on ongoing initiatives.
- Location: Tech Center, Cidade Universitária, Ilha do Fundão, RJ

**You are meant for this job if**:

- Degree in Information Technology or related area
- Demonstrable experience of delivering technology solutions across a diverse, global organization.
- In-depth understanding of Windows Server: configuring server roles, features, and services, Knowledge of security best practices for server configuration and management.
- Experience with SQL Server: scripts, recovery processes, access, services, SSIS, SSAS, SSRS would be of benefit.
- Deep understanding of Cloud (IaaS / PaaS ), Application, Infrastructure and security architecture and non-functional aspects like Performance, Scalability, Reliability, Availability etc.
- Excellent understanding of business systems, processes, knowledge of systems Manufacturing Area.
- Advanced English
