We strive to simplify technology challenges, and no less.**Who Are We Looking For?****Key Responsibilities**- Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs, goals, and challenges related to technical migration and automation projects.- Conduct in-depth analysis of existing business processes and use cases to identify opportunities for improvement and automation.- Gather and document detailed system requirements, specifications, and user stories for infrastructure deployment, migration, and automation projects.- Collaborate with technical teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions, ensuring alignment with client objectives.- Develop and maintain project documentation, including functional and technical specifications, process flow diagrams, and test plans.- Coordinate and facilitate workshops, meetings, and interviews with stakeholders to elicit requirements and provide updates on project progress.- Conduct feasibility studies and impact assessments to evaluate the potential benefits, risks, and costs associated with migration and automation initiatives.- Perform gap analysis to identify areas where existing systems and processes fall short and recommend suitable solutions.- Collaborate with QA teams to define test strategy, test plans, and test scenarios; validate functionality and ensure quality of project systems and documentation deliverables.- Provide post-implementation support, including user training, documentation, and knowledge transfer assistance.- Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to technical migration and automation.- Track, perform detailed analyses and summaries of results, interpreting and communicating results and recommendations to brand/business stakeholders with limited availability.- Drive strategic and innovative approaches, giving a voice to the end user and/or customer.- Partner cross-functionally to ensure plan test schedules or strategies are in accordance with project scope or delivery dates.**Qualifications**- BS or MS degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with a focus on IT infrastructure consulting organization.- Strong knowledge of business process analysis methodologies, tools, and techniques.- Experience with IT cloud infrastructure, DevOps automation, and software development projects.- Strong familiarity with SDLC methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) and tools is a plus.- Strong familiarity and experience with MS Office Suite- Experience working with global clients across Europe, APAC, and GCC with an understanding of specific requirements and regulatory environments.**Skills**- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and propose innovative solutions.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.- Proficient in conducting feasibility studies and impact assessments for migration and automation projects.- Familiarity with QA processes and the ability to define test scenarios and validate functionality.- Excellent listening, interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.- Logical and efficient, with keen attention to detail.- Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.**What We Offer**- A team of bright, hard-working, and innovative people that will contribute to your growth.- Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits plan.- A dynamic and collaborative work environment with the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology and innovative solutions.
