- Provide professional advice and expertise to the business lines;
- Analyze the existing situation, collect and assess needs, conduct feasibility and opportunity studies (by measuring organizational and technological constraints) and contribute to the writing of business cases;
- Create and animate the IM-L network in order to follow and implement the global company rules, policies and local regulations regarding document controls and personal data;
- Animate and coordinate the "Key-users" network of the Customer business, participate in the conduct of change;
- Organize and conduct business reviews (needs + functional evolutions, priorities) and carry out a complete follow-up of the requests impacting the tools for the activity of the client business.
- Manage IT projects by following the partial and final deliveries.
- The employee shall perform his/her activities in compliance with the HSE Management System, aligned with One Maestro Principles and oriented to safeguard the integrity of people, the environment and Company’s assets and reputation
**Context and environment**
- Ensure the overall consistency of the IS domain with the E&P and Company strategy;
- Innovation / Transformation: contribute to the definition, stimulation and implementation of the strategy of the digital;
- Complexity of implementation of new systems for control and organization due to the several centralized systems;
- Dependency of different IT teams with different cultures abroad.
- Experience in IT métier with a good background in a petroleum industry environment;
- Previous experience with Information and Data Management;
- Microsoft Power Platform and other M365 tools;
- Project Management (waterfall and agile)
