**Senior Support Analyst**

**Job description**:

- Maintain, monitor and support the infrastructure: Virtual Machines; Windows Servers and Linux; Storage (file share, containers, S3, etc.); Backup; Access control; Platform as a Service (PAAS); Infrastructure as a Service (IAAS); Azure; AWS; Oracle Cloud
- Work on different initiatives and projects.
- Diagnose and resolve complex software and hardware problems.
- Coordinate and participate in IT projects as needed.
- Follow change management processes providing change request initiation, control and impact assessment.
- Develop and maintain processes, procedures, standards and documentation to support quality operation.
- Manage third party services contracted to provide IT services in accordance with business requirements.
- Drive and ensure IT security and continuity by providing security patches, software and hardware updates, malicious software prevention, detection and correction.
- Develop and support information security processes.
- Ensure software compliance in the cloud infrastructure area.
- Responsible for technical roadmap development, implementation and enhancement of Cloud Infrastructure for regional and global systems.
- Responsible for capacity and resource planning Cloud Infrastructure supporting regional and global systems.
- Responsible for change planning, upgrades, enhancements and patches of regional and global systems in conjunction with partners and rest of corporate operations team.

**You are meant for this job if**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- Experience with IT infrastructure support (onpremise or in the cloud).
- Experience with cloud infrastructure support.
- Fluent English
