Team Overview:
We are looking for a high-impact Director to join our Mobility business in a rotational, generalist capacity. This is a rare opportunity for a visionary, execution-driven leader to gain an end-to-end perspective of our operation across the most critical strategic areas including pricing, planning, user acquisition, loyalty, promotions, product experience, and engagement before assuming a senior operational leadership role with full P&L ownership.

This role is designed for an accomplished leader who excels in steering complex, cross-functional initiatives, shaping strategy at scale, and driving measurable business results in fast-paced, high-change environments.

Role Responsibilities:

- Lead rotations across key verticals (e.g., pricing, planning, growth, loyalty, experience) to develop deep expertise in our business drivers and operational levers.
- Shape and execute strategic initiatives that deliver impact across growth, efficiency, and user experience.
- Oversee high-stakes projects from concept to execution, ensuring speed, precision, and measurable results.
- Influence and align cross-functional and cross-country teams including product, operations, and analytics around shared strategic goals.
- Transition into a senior operational leadership role with full accountability for business KPIs, financial performance, and operational delivery.
- Mentor and develop senior managers and high-potential talent to build long-term organizational capability.

Role Qualifications:

- Exceptional strategic and analytical thinking, with a track record of translating complexity into scalable business solutions.
- A strong bias for action: decisive, pragmatic, and able to navigate ambiguity with confidence.
- Outstanding communication and influencing skills, with experience engaging senior stakeholders, boards, or external partners.
- Demonstrated resilience, adaptability, and openness to feedback in high-growth, dynamic contexts.
- Proven success leading cross-functional teams and delivering results in high-stakes, fast-moving environments.
- Background in senior management roles within management consulting, technology, mobility, or other high-growth industries.
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Fluent in Portuguese and English
