Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for a Finance Supervisor to join the FP&A Consumer CoE, located in Sao Paulo, Brazil.

The Finance Supervisor is the key contact between Latin American affiliates and Corporate. The objectives of this position are the following:

- **Influence the Regional planning process**: orchestrate multiple elements and partners into a cohesive calendar to attend actual and forecast cycles deliverables (end-to-end governance and guidance);
- **Regional focal point for Balance Sheet and FCF**: coordinate the consolidation and analysis of the LATAM Balance Sheet and Free Cash Flow calculation, KPIs, analytics and the link between regional reporting and Corporate Finance (SOX reports, Investor Relations, etc.);

The supervisor will report to a Senior Manager and will have an intern within his/her team, in addition to a strong peer management and influential leadership when working with multiple partners across the region.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Consolidation of regional results (Balance Sheet, Inventory and FCF), preparation of reports for Regional Leadership and presentation in a monthly/quarterly basis;
- Coordination of planning cycles across the region, setting the pace for deliverables;
- Deployment of financial targets from Corporate to Countries, from Top Line to Bottom Line;
- Finance Business partner for the R&D team;
- Exposure to senior leadership of Finance Organization;
- Direct leadership with finance analyst and indirect influence over multiple partners.
