**Responsibilities**:
The position requires energy, passion, and a “can do” attitude
You are a storyteller and engage clients with your energy and words.
You liaise with your colleagues to present your clients´ recruitment and training needs.
You build and update your pipeline through our CRM.
You maintain, build and own specific relationship maps.
You are open to giving and receiving feedback and constantly want to improve.
You are organized and prioritize your work by impact.
You have a strong desire and ability to work in a remote-only culture.
Desired Skills & Experience
To be successful, the intern will need the following attributes:
- Recent graduate passionate about recruitment
- Bachelor´s degree in business administration, commercial.
- Hungry to succeed and learn about the startups´ ecosystem
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
- Positive attitude, Team Player, Hungry to earn a great income.
- A strong sense of urgency and the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Solid time management skills and fast learner.
