We're seeking a detail-oriented, creative researcher and writer to craft engaging content that captures client voices and boosts audience engagement. You'll dive into real estate trends, analyze client data, and produce scripts, newsletters, and blogs that align with brand identities. This role combines storytelling, strategy, and precision to create content that achieves 30-50%+ viewer retention on videos and maintains newsletter open rates above 30-35%. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Research industry trends, client brands, and audience preferences to inform content creation.
- Write compelling YouTube video scripts (long-form) and short-form scripts for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
- Convert video content into SEO-optimized blog posts.
- Occasionally draft social media captions or ad copy.
- Ensure all content echoes the client's unique voice, tone, and brand identity.
- Proofread and edit for grammar, clarity, accuracy, plagiarism, and factual integrity.
- Stay current on digital marketing and real estate trends to incorporate innovative ideas.
- Help maintain a 2-3 week content buffer for clients, delivering unique, high-quality work on time.

**Requirements and Skills**:

- Strong research skills to analyze past content and trends.
- Ability to adapt writing to client feedback, ensuring consistent brand representation.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills with a focus on simple, understandable language.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage time effectively in a fast-paced, independent role.
- Comfortable collaborating with creative and marketing teams.
- Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, SEO best practices, or content management systems is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in communications, journalism, marketing, or a related field preferred (or equivalent experience).

**What We Offer**:

- **Compensation**: Starting at $7.5-9 USD per hour (approximately $1,300-$1,560 per month for full-time, based on 40 hours/week). Pay grows with performance and additional responsibilities.
