**Summary**:
As an associate in Rabobank you will engage in a path of growth and active involvement in the Advisory and Investments department of Rabobank. As part of the Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) team you will be involved in dynamic transactions from origination (by synthesizing information, preparing pitch books and being part of client meetings and pitches) to execution of M&A transactions by taking a leading role in preparing marketing materials, valuations and process management. You will be able to develop your knowledge and skills in finance and become a key part of an international, diverse and collaborative team.

**Main Reponsabilities**:

- Synthesize information for M&A clients (including market, products and competitors landscape) and transactions;
- Take lead in preparation of pitching materials;
- Participate in client pitches and client meetings;
- Analyze customer’s needs to develop pro-active solutions (together with senior team members);
- Support senior bankers in the creation of new M&A ideas leading to origination;
- Contribute to the execution of transactions on pre-defined responsibilities;
- Prepare teasers, information memorandum, valuation reports and management presentations;
- Lead valuation work and all analytical aspects of M&A execution and analysis;
- Coordinate due diligence processes;
- Maintain contact with external parties during the execution process;
- Safeguard the execution quality standards.

- High attention to detail;
- Workfronts organization: Planning, structured & efficient working order, teamwork, level of professional work attitude;
- Adherence to compliance regulations;
- Mentoring of junior analysis and interns;
- Spanish desirable;
- English Fluent.

**Main Requirements**:

- Bachelor in Business Administration, Economics, International Relations, Accounting Sciences, Engineering, among others;
- Experience in M&A/Strategic Planing/ Business development/Private Equity/Equity Research and related background;
- English Skills (Intermediate/Advanced).
