- Coordinate vessel visits, audits, and emergency contingency tasks.
- Collaborate with finance on salary queries, receivables, and invoice approvals.
- Lead and support the team, fostering professional growth and operational excellence.
- **Requirements**:
- Previous experience in crew management or related field.
- Strong understanding of maritime regulations.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
