**Minimum qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, other technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, C, C++, Java, JavaScript).
- 3 years of experience in a technical leadership role overseeing strategic projects, with 2 years of experience in a supervision/team leadership role.

**Preferred qualifications**:

- Master’s degree or PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, a technical related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience designing and implementing large-scale distributed systems.

- Manage a team of software engineers and create an inclusive and safe environment that enables them to thrive.
- Lead the overall planning, execution, and successful delivery of projects.
- Provide a clear vision and strategy for the team.
- Support career development of team members, and be a good coach.
