We are a German accommodation company which is specialised in offering accommodations of various sizes in different locations. Our aim is provide our clients with a home in a strange city and make their staying the most comfortable. We want our guests to enjoy their trip without any hassle and rely on the high-quality services provided by us. At this point we are looking for an experienced **Customer Service Manager** to welcome to our team. **Your responsibilities will be**: - Answering chat messages of our guests - Answering phone calls of guests - Working with web-based IT systems like reservations systems, online keyless access systems, call center solution - Troubleshooting and solving guest problems with our team **Our future research manager has these characteristics**: - High English level (C1) and German (C1) - Work experience as a customer service manager - Quick comprehension and organization - Ability to work independently - Stress resistance - Sense of responsibility for apartments and guests **We offer**: - Working hours 13:30 - 22:00 CET - 2 weeks training - Full-time work with the contract, 100% remotely - Competitive salary depending on your results, starting at 1000 EUR - The high flexibility of working hours and flexible workload (KPIs) - 24 days of paid vacation per year - Friendly, positive and fast-growing team (we believe that mistakes are ok, we prefer mistakes than not to make decisions) We would appreciate it if you start the cover letter with "I won’t find a better Customer Service Manager than me, as ” **Salary**: R$5,252.00 - R$5,777.00 per month **Experience**: - Customer Service (required) **Language**: - English (required) - German (required)
