**About the role**:
Reckitt is on the lookout for an experienced Senior Buyer who will take charge of our factory procurement with precision and passion. In this strategic role, you'll be the cornerstone of shaping cost-effective sourcing strategies and nurturing supplier relationships that are as robust as our products. **Your responsibilities**:

- Champion procurement processes by issuing purchase orders, managing contracts, and overseeing product deliveries to our factories.
- Skillfully assess and select suppliers, negotiating to secure the best terms and foster agreements that ensure value for money and superior quality.
- Cultivate and strengthen partnerships with suppliers, ensuring high performance, and resolving any challenges that arise.
- Work closely with various teams, ensuring procurement plans align smoothly with our wider business objectives and operational needs.
- Analyse market trends, evaluate supplier outcomes, and seek out cost-saving opportunities that also enhance our procurement processes.

**The experience we're looking for**:

- A solid track record of success in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management.
- Strong negotiation skills coupled with sharp analytical abilities and the confidence to lead.
- Exceptional project management skills, capable of juggling various tasks and engaging with multiple stakeholders.
- An eye for detail, a strategic approach, and a knack for solving problems effectively.
- Clear communication skills, making it easy for you to connect with others and articulate ideas clearly.
- Tech-savvy, with a strong command of procurement tools and the MS Office Suite.
- Proficiency in supply chain management, including logistics and distribution, and experience in vendor and contract negotiations.
