**Requisitos**
- Obrigatório experiência em ambientes de missão crítica (Data Center) ou liderança de projetos em Data Center;
- Experiência em cabeamento estruturado;
- Experiência básica em telecomunicações;
- Experiência em gerenciamento de hardware (montagem e configuração);
- Experiência em gerenciamento de mídias (fitoteca);
- Experiência em gestão de pessoas;
- Experiência em cenários de alta complexidade (liderança);
- Obrigatório conhecimento em ITIL ou COBIT;
- Desejável conhecimentos básicos em gerenciamento de projetos;
- Desejável conhecimentos em Metodologia Agile
- Desejável conhecimentos em Cloud;
- Desejável conhecimento em configuração de hardware/servidores;
- Superior Completo, Tecnologia da Informação preferencialmente;
- Pós Graduação em Tecnologia (Desejável); Desejável Inglês;

**Atividades.**
- Realizar vistorias periódicas nos ambientes de Data Center
- Monitorar as demandas e execução pelas equipes terceiras/residentes
- Fazer a organização das atividades com base nos processos e ferramentas ITSM da empresa
- Realizar a gestão e acompanhamento das tarefas diárias.
- Atuar em atividade de alta e média complexidade
- Visão apurada da arquitetura e conceitos de Data Center
- Atuação nos incidentes críticos de Data Center;
- Gestão técnica e de performance dos profissionais do time;
- Liderança das cadências e comunicações do time (clima);
- Contribuir para o desenvolvimento técnico e comportamental da equipe;

- Experiência em ferramenta ImVision Manager

- Liderança, dinamismo e habilidade na comunicação verbal e escrita
- Experiência em gestão de projetos
