Σαν Front Desk Agent (Ρεσεψιονίστ):
Αντιμετωπίζετε τους πελάτες με επαγγελματισμό κατά την άφιξη, την αναχώρηση (check-in/check-out) και κατά τη διάρκεια της διαμονής τους
Δημιουργείτε μια εξατομικευμένη εμπειρία για κάθε πελάτη, προτείνοντας à la carte υπηρεσίες προσαρμοσμένες στις επιθυμίες και τις ανάγκες του και σύμφωνα με το προφίλ του.
.Λαμβάνετε υπόψη συστηματικά και διακριτικά τις προτιμήσεις και τις συνήθειες των πελατών καθ' όλη τη διάρκεια της διαμονής τους.
Διαχειρίζεστε τα σχόλια των πελατών με διακριτικότητα και κομψότητα και να τα μεταβιβάζετε στον manager σας, προτείνοντας λύσεις.

Εάν:

- Μιλάτε άριστα γαλλικά και αγγλικά
- Έχετε προϋπηρεσία σε ρεσεψιόν ξενοδοχείων 4* ή 5*
- Είστε απόφοιτος Ξενοδοχειακής/Τουριστικής Σχολής

Στο Club Med:

- Θα έχετε τη δυνατότητα να εξελιχθείτε επαγγελματικά και να εργασθείτε σε διάφορες χώρες
