FRONT DESK

Vaga Front Desk

Responsável pelo atendimento aos clientes e controle de agendamento de aulas junto aos alunos e professores, incluindo reposições, cancelamentos e ensaios de grupos de alunos na mesma banda. Preenchimento de planilhas e sistemas internos, controle de pagamentos e rotinas de recepção.

As atividades também incluem apresentação da escola para interessados, participação no processo de vendas, organização da agenda de aulas e participação em eventos da escola.

Ser muito organizado, ter facilidade com planilhas, ter facilidade de comunicação e sem empático com pessoas, são habilidades imprescindíveis para esta vaga.

**Horário**: Segunda a Sexta-feira, das 8:30h às 17:30h e sábados das 8:30h as 12:3h

**Requisitos**:

- Ensino Médio Completo
- Conhecimentos de pacote Office
- Conhecimento de ferramentas no Google Drive
- Conhecimentos básicos de inglês são fundamentais.
- Tocar um instrumento será um diferencial

Residir na Zona Oeste de SP ou proximidades

Estamos próximos a estação Imperatriz Leopoldina.
