**General Summary**:
The primary purpose of this job is to be the person responsible for maintaining and administering key data related to the Distribution deals for SPT Latin America businesses and managing documentation. This individual will work closely with the Sales Administration & Planning team and will be a key source of information related to list updates for Distribution clients.

**Responsibilities**:
JR. ANALYST:

- 25% Analyze and Prepare approval requests for closed deals, contracts, amendments, notifications, Pay TV Notification, internal changes, Checklists etc. (under supervision)
- 25% System - Administer key data entry for all medias in Sales systems, verify the availability in the different Distribution systems, update avails for clients.
- 10% Analyze telecasts - Retrieve telecasts from the system, analyze them by excel, verify whether clients have outstanding telecasts to be released and prepare documentation.
- 10% Analyze windows to maximize opportunities (theatrical releases, franchises, drifting titles, Pay TV Windows);
- 5% Digital Reports -Track and verify digital reports sent by clients (work close with finance);
- 5% Digital Promotion - Responsible for track and update DB promotional (work close with finance);
- 5% Material coordination Digital -Ensure material is delivered correctly (time and spec);
- 15% Avails List
- Generate and Track avails list for clients, mainly for Digital Clients.

**Requirements**:

- Advanced knowledge in Outlook, Windows, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Tableau.
- English, oral and written. Spanish is a plus.
- Analytical skills, Strategic thinker

- Proactive, flexible and adaptable - anticipate needs in different situations and takes appropriate action with guidance and on own initiative

**Professional experience**:
**Education**:

- ** Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economy or Engineering.**:

- ** MBA is a plus.**
