**Job Summary**:
**What you will do**:
Ensure successful completion of IT projects, on-time, within budget, and error-free.

Manage project charters, communications, metrics, reporting, as well as the overall project plans and budget

Manage change and take active leadership in timely decision making.

Manage schedules that reflect detailed information related to the changes, including effected components and functions, timelines for various stages of project completion, cost, etc.

Work with the individual team members from multiple functional disciplines and customers to establish completion dates.

Monitor progress of projects, discuss problems with affected areas, ensure appropriate personnel are informed of problems and that steps are in place to meet schedules.

**What you have - Skills**:
**IT Project Management**:Knowledge of project management; ability to plan, organize, monitor and control IT projects and budget tracking using appropriate technical resources.

**IT Project Control and Reporting**:Knowledge of project control and reporting; ability to monitor the vital signs of an IT project while managing its progress and delivery schedule.

**IT Standards, Procedures & Policies**:Knowledge of Information Technology (IT) standards and policies; ability to utilize a variety of administrative skill sets and technical knowledge to manage organizational IT policies, standards, and procedures.

**Basic Qualifications**:
Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology.

Solid experience in direct project management working with IT infrastructure teams in an agile environment.

Proven experience with project management concepts including project charters, scheduling and planning projects and successful completion.

Excellent interpersonal skills are required to deal with sensitive issues, develop others, or influence others inside and outside the department to take specific actions.

Strong project management skills, team leadership skills, excellent communication skills, ability to multitask effectively, strong analytical and organizational skills.

Advanced skillsets in project management tools (MS Project, Azure Dev/Ops).

Previous agile training (sprint planning, daily scrums, sprint, retrospective).

Strong communication and presentation skills.

Works well with a geographically distributed team.

Prior experience working in a technical role in the Information Technology field.

Quickly learns new technologies and applies them with an enterprise perspective.

Acts in a self-directed manner, independently researching tools/libraries/technologies or solving a problem with mínimal oversight and instructions.

PMP certification preferred.

Certified Scrum Master (CSM) preferred.

Advance knowledge of Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Project.

Change Management Certification preferred.

Knowledge of Power BI is highly desirable.

IT Service Management (ITSM) process & Root cause analysis (RCA) processes.
