Position Summary The Relocation Assistant works alongside the Relocation Consultants supporting services required for successful transferee relocation. Also, assistance to day-to-day activities of Relocation Department. Relocation Assistance does not have direct contact with transferees or client (internal) Functions and Responsibilities % of Time Description of Duty 100% Responsible for contacting real estate agencies, suppliers, distributing support material to staff and external consultants, supporting external consultants regarding the organization of transportation and scheduling visits with expatriates. Main Activities - Home Search agenda: searching and scheduling properties visits according to the client's profile, itinerary, details of the property with address, structure and cost. - Search and registration of service providers for properties maintenance - working together with Relocation and Legal Managers - Search for schools and scheduling appointments at International and Local Schools - Search for Portuguese language teachers. - Provide detailed information to coordinators regarding the agendas and status of each process. - Orientation Tour agenda: itinerary, scheduling property visits, appointments and neighborhoods presentation - Hiring and setting up installation of "Utilities" such as cable TV, internet, telephone and transfer bills ownership under transferee’s name: water, electricity and gas bills. - Issue payment requests from all suppliers (external consultants, and service providers) involved in the process of each transferee. - Tenancy Management - properties recurrent maintenance assistance - Expense Management - tracking due dates for monthly rental payments.
