A ROIT está em busca de um(a) **Tax Legal Manager** para liderar e desenvolver a equipe jurídica tributária, garantindo eficiência, qualidade e conformidade nos serviços prestados.

**Responsabilidades**:

- Liderar e desenvolver a equipe jurídica tributária, garantindo a eficiência e qualidade dos serviços prestados, minimizando riscos e buscando oportunidades de eficiência tributária alinhadas à legislação;
- Fornecer consultoria jurídica em questões tributárias, incluindo apoio em planejamento tributário e compliance fiscal;
- Participar de projetos estratégicos, oferecendo suporte jurídico em fusões, aquisições e reestruturações empresariais, considerando impactos tributários;
- Conduzir fiscalizações, gerir a carteira contenciosa tributária e patrocinar litígios tributários;
- Defender processos administrativos e judiciais relacionados a questões tributárias, avaliando e gerenciando riscos de contingências tributárias.

**Requisitos**:

- Formação em Direito, com especialização ou pós-graduação em Direito Tributário;
- Experiência comprovada em gestão de equipes e projetos jurídicos;
- Conhecimento profundo em legislação tributária, contencioso e consultivo tributário, além de planejamento tributário;
- Habilidades de liderança, comunicação, negociação e pensamento estratégico;
- Experiência em departamentos jurídicos e/ou escritórios de advocacia;
- **Diferencia**l: Experiência em Big Four ou conhecimento contábil.
