Atribuições:

- Reuniões operacionais periódicas com os clientes para análise de desempenho;
- Acompanhamento do volume movimentado para alinhamento entre o cliente e a empresa;
- Organização e distribuição das rotinas do departamento de Atendimento ao Cliente;
- Liderança de equipe;
- Acompanhamento de auditorias dos clientes na empresa;
- Alinhamento entre as necessidades do cliente e a capacidade operacional;
- Encaminhar necessidades aos demais departamentos envolvidos e acompanhamento de sua realização;
- Acompanhamento de inventários gerais solicitados pelos clientes;
- Envio mensal de relatório com as movimentações e performances da empresa aos clientes;
- Reuniões periódicas com a qualidade para análise das reclamações dos clientes e estabelecimento das ações corretivas necessárias, análise dos resultados de KPI´s e para revisão dos procedimentos operacionais e administrativos da empresa. Requisitos: Superior Completo Logística, Processos Gerenciais, Administração, Contabilidade ou afins; Experiência com gerenciamento da rotina do departamento de Atendimento ao Cliente; Vivência com envio de relatório com as movimentações e performances; Pacote Office (principalmente Excel e Power Point) em nível Intermediário.
