**Job Profile / Activities**:
This position will be responsible for Troux’s:
Back up for Troux admin

SharePoint Admin for Enterprise Architecture

Business Architecture (end to end IT process flows enabled and supported with the EA tool)

Application architecture (Configuration, Architecture Meta-Data management, workflows,

Information and Integration architecture

Integrations (e.g. to Apptio, IT Data Lake, ServiceNow)

Information (reporting from app and IT Data Warehouse reporting)

Technical Architecture (Security, Infrastructure, software version management/upgrades)

Configuration of Troux and management of development needs (integrations, workflow, enhancements)

SME on processes leveraging Troux

Back up Escalation point for Troux support needs

Creating and Maintaining PowerBi reports

Configuration and maintenance of our Troux data in the IT Data Lake

**Basic Qualifications**:
**Education**:Bachelor's degree in computer science or engineering or related field, preferred

**Language**:Pre-Advanced English

**Behavioral skills**:Analytical skills to study problems and records and identify solutions.; effective Communication; Ability to manage time and effectively prioritize numerous projects at one time. Willingness to solve complicated problems and see projects through to completion

**Desirable Qualifications**:
Advanced English
