**The Role**

As a Computer Operator, you will be on the technical frontline, responsible for:

- Performing batch operations according to service agreements;
- Analyzing and resolving first-level issues across systems;
- Routing unresolved issues to appropriate teams;
- Developing support system management processes tailored to customer requirements;
- Ensuring the highest level of service delivery to our clients.Monitoring screens to identify alerts and incidents, following scripts and procedures provided by the client.

**Requirements**:

- Availability for on-site work in Pinheiros, São Paulo;
- Flexibility to work in shifts (2am to 11am and 11am to 7am), including weekend rotation;
- Experience or familiarity with monitoring IT incidents and alerts;
- Ability to follow scripts, procedures, and operational manuals;
- Basic English knowledge is desirable for reading tool interfaces, but not mandatory;
- Readiness and agility to quickly engage in alert situations;
- Passion for technology and a commitment to continuous learning;
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills;Analytical skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
