**Your Role and Responsibilities**
The Computer Operator monitors and controls the operation of the mainframe hardware and software. The operator starts and stops system tasks, monitors the system consoles for unusual conditions, and works with the system programming and production control staff to ensure the health and normal operation of the systems.
**Required Technical and Professional Expertise**
Customer relationship skills, Fluent English
Technical skills (IT Infrastructure, Operating Systems)
Lead critical situations
Availability to work on a flexible scale
Availability to stopover on weekends.
Graduated in IT
**Preferred Technical and Professional Experience**
Fluent English
Programming Languages: JCL, REXX, Python/YAML, SQL
Experienced working in Agile environments, familiar with concepts such as: Kanban, Scrum, Agile Social Contracts, etc..
**Required Education**
High School Diploma/GED
**Preferred Education**
Bachelor's Degree
