**Job Description - IT Intern**

**Position Summary**:
The IT Intern will support the IT team in various tasks, including troubleshooting technical issues, assisting with software and hardware installations, and providing general IT support. This role offers hands-on experience with IT systems and operations in a professional environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Support the IT team in system updates, installations, and configurations.
- Provide helpdesk support by responding to user inquiries.
- Assist with network maintenance and security updates.
- Document technical procedures and user guides.
- Participate in IT projects as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of computer systems, networks, and troubleshooting.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Familiarity with operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux).
- Experience with Microsoft Office 365 and cloud services.
- Basic understanding of cybersecurity principles.
