**Descrição do cargo**

Buscamos um profissional para atuar nas ofertas de Consultoria Logicalis principalmente em projetos ligados a otimização e apresentação de dados para tomada de decisões, utilizando como principal ferramenta o Power BI. Buscamos um perfil que tenha visão sistêmica, que além de desenvolver relatórios avançados seja capaz de atuar em demandas relacionadas a otimização de processos e/ou gestão de projetos. Assim, as principais atividades que executará serão:
Entendimento dos processos do cliente e análise de requisitos:

- Identificar as atividades-chave dos fluxos de entrega dos clientes
- Identificar os principais indicadores das áreas
- Organizar e documentar essas informações

Desenvolvimento de dashboards em Power BI com capacidade de:

- Modelar dados
- Construir conexão com diferentes fontes de dados
- Levantar requisitos técnicos e de negócio
- Desenvolver dashboards com visões executivas

Controlar e monitorar o andamento de projetos e demandas de clientes na área de Tecnologia da - Informação para cliente final da Logicalis, com capacidade de:

- Identificar e gerir expectativas das partes interessadas
- Estimar prazos e acompanhar cronograma geral do projeto
- Desenvolver e entregar relatórios e apresentações de status do projeto
- Gerenciar a comunicação entre todos envolvidos (cliente, parceiros e Logicalis)
- Monitorar e controlar o andamento do projeto envolvendo parceiros e demais áreas do cliente, quando necessário

Mapeamento dos requisitos de negócio para apoiar o entendimento de demandas e oportunidades

Contribuir para a melhoria de processos do cliente final

**Qualificações**

Capacidade de trabalhar em equipe, boa postura e qualidade na comunicação para interação direto com cliente

Capacidade de gestão do tempo

Disponibilidade para atuar em escritórios do cliente final

Qualidade na elaboração de documentos escritos e relatórios

Conhecimento intermediário a avançado de Excel

Power BI (nível intermediário ou avançado)
- Conhecer Linguagem DAX e Linguagem M
- Conhecimento dos principais conceitos de BI e modelagem dimensional
- Apresentar conhecimento de Modelagem de dados e fluxo de ETL
- Experiência prática no uso de Power Bi e Power Bi Service (Diferencial: apresentar portfólio de projetos)
- Capacidade de se conectar a diferentes fontes de dados - bancos relacionais, Sharepoint / MS Teams, CSV, etc

Diferenciais
- Experiência prévia em metodologias de consultoria (Assessments de TI, Plano Diretor de TI) de tecnologia ou consultoria de negócios é um grande diferencial
- Conhecimento em frameworks de gestão de serviços e governança de TI
- Experiência em gerenciamento de projetos (tradicional e ágil) é um diferencial
- Conhecimento de banco de dados relacional - Oracle, SQL Server e/ou MySql - conhecimento de VBA e/ou Python

Formação
- Engenharias
- Tecnologia da informação ou redes de computadores
- Ciência da computação ou análise de sistemas
