**About the Role**

We are currently searching for an Associate Counsel located in Brazil with expertise in commercial transactions product and legal analysis. Joining our legal team offers you the opportunity to work alongside brilliant legal minds while contributing to a business that is reimagining the way the world moves for the better.
- Work closely with our Brazilian team and other members of the legal department on commercial contracts, marketing, corporate and product matters across the region
- Be an active partner, and ensure the provision of timely business-focused advice, to a variety of business areas including product development, vehicle solutions and business development
- Work on commercial contracts such as technology agreements, promotional agreements, sponsorships, partnerships as well as general procurement and marketing and advertising initiatives in the country
- Advise the business in products development
- Take responsibility for ensuring we have the right processes and tools available to enable the team's capability to scale as the business does
- Provide strategic and proactive legal advice to internal business groups. It's our job to peer round corners for the business and ensure that we are well positioned for the future

**Basic Qualifications**
- Bachelor of Laws and license to practice law in Brazil (OAB)
- 6+ years of legal work experience in commercial contracts, and preferably with product legal analysis and consumer law experience at law firm or acting as in-house counsel.
- Excellent legal and business judgment, communication, interpersonal skills, and a crisp writing style
- Proven track record of drafting and negotiating commercial agreements and advising on a range of commercial issues
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment for a company with operations around the world.
- Fluent English and Portuguese
- Have high standards, integrity and strong ethical values

**Bonus Points**
- Master's (LL.M.) degree is a plus
- Spanish proficiency
