Estamos em busca de um(a) Financial Analyst Pleno para integrar nosso time de Finance. Este(a) profissional terá um papel fundamental no apoio e aprimoramento dos processos financeiros, incluindo contas a pagar, contas a receber, tesouraria, relatórios e análises financeiras. Também será uma peça-chave no processo de implantação do nosso ERP.

**Responsabilidades**
- Executar as rotinas financeiras de contas a pagar, contas a receber e conciliações bancárias.
- Realizar as projeções de fluxo de caixa de curto prazo, alinhadas às necessidades operacionais e ao fluxo de investimentos..
- Garantir a confiabilidade dos dados financeiros, mantendo o ERP atualizado e gerando relatórios gerenciais e de controle.
- Apoiar a Controladoria no acompanhamento de KPIs e controles financeiros
- Atuar como usuário-chave na migração e implantação do ERP (TOTVS), contribuindo com parametrizações, testes e validações dos processos financeiros.

**Requisitos**
- Formação superior completa ou em fase final em Ciências Contábeis (preferencial) ou em Administração, Economia e áreas correlatas.
- Conhecimento prévio em conciliação bancária e finanças
- Excel intermediário ou avançado.
- Vivência com ERPs ou sistemas de gestão financeira.
- Capacidade analítica, organização e atenção a detalhes.
- Boa comunicação e habilidade para se relacionar e trabalhar em parceria com diferentes áreas da empresa.

**Qualificações desejáveis**
- Conhecimento em ferramentas de Business Intelligence (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, ou similares).
- Vivência anterior em empresas de tecnologia, fintechs, startups ou ambientes de alta escalabilidade.
