**Job Overview**:
As a Lead in Talent Search at IQVIA, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our talent acquisition strategy by partnering closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and business leaders. This role is ideal for a proactive, data-driven, and collaborative professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about identifying top talent to drive business success.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- ** Strategic Partnership**: Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers across designated departments to understand hiring needs and develop tailored sourcing strategies.
- ** Intake Leadership**: Lead intake meetings to define role requirements, set expectations, and align on recruitment timelines and goals.
- ** Job Posting Management**: Create, publish, and optimize job postings to maximize visibility and attract diverse talent.
- ** Diversity and Compliance**: Champion diversity hiring initiatives and ensure adherence to local and regional compliance standards.
- ** Market Intelligence**: Monitor industry trends and talent market dynamics to inform sourcing strategies and hiring decisions.
- ** Data Management**: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the ATS and CRM systems.
- ** Analytics and Reporting**: Use data and metrics to evaluate sourcing effectiveness and continuously improve recruitment strategies.
- ** Mentorship**: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior Talent Search team members, fostering a culture of learning and excellence.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
- Proven experience in a Talent Search or Recruiter role, preferably in a fast-paced, global organization.
- Strong relationship-building skills with stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and staying current with talent acquisition trends.
- Cultural awareness and sensitivity in a diverse hiring environment.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Boolean search techniques and sourcing tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Adaptability and resilience in a dynamic work environment.
