Our team is currently on a look out for a hands-on Delivery Manager. This is a great opportunity for someone who can both manage a Scrum team in the day-to-day work, as well as take ownership of strategic and more long-term projects. You’ll be responsible for collaboration with cross-functional teams, serving a diverse range of stakeholders, and driving operational excellence to maximize our business's performance and customer satisfaction.

The initial focus will be to efficiently manage and run the Scrum team. You will be working in a fast-paced environment which requires the balance of good planning and at the same time managing business crucial ad-hoc requests from markets that need urgent attention, without causing disruption in the day-to-day operation and at the same time maintaining the team's focus on the committed planned work.

**Responsibilities**:

- Control project planning, such as managing scope, timelines, resource allocation, risk assessment and motivating team members to meet project goals, adhering to their responsibilities and project milestones.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among both internal and external stakeholders to maintain alignment and assure progress on project objectives.
- Actively contributing to establish best practices, defined ways of working, progress reports, templates, policies, tools and partnerships to expand and mature these capabilities for the rest of the organisation.
- Prepare estimates and detailed project plans and manage change to the project as and when needed.
- Gather requirements from stakeholders and supporting the Product Owner in creating high quality technical user stories for the developers and testers.
- Plan, allocate and manage team resources, according to priority and business needs and provide estimated delivery timelines to our stakeholders.
- Own and be accountable for project delivery, start to end.
- Supervise and guide provider integration initiatives from their initial stages to successful completion.
- Cultivate a cooperative and supportive team atmosphere.
- Continually pinpoint opportunities for enhancing processes and optimising outcomes.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in delivering projects throughout various markets in the iGaming industry.
- Profound comprehension of Agile methodologies and principle
- Excellent analytical skills as well as a very structured and solution-oriented way of working.
- Strong communication skills regardless of hierarchy levels, both verbal and written.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills needed.
- Very high self-motivation, open-mindedness, and willingness to perform.
- Excellent experience in Agile SDLC Methodologies,
- Possession of certifications like PMP, Scrum Master, or equivalent, is a valuable asset.
- Understanding of OKRs and KPIs
- Understand interdependencies between technology, operations and business needs.
- Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in an ambiguous environment through problem-solving and demonstrating teamwork, innovation and excellence.
- Technical background would be a plus.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools such as JIRA, Confluence.
- Capable of working both independently but also collaboratively lead cross-functional teams in a hybrid / remote set up across different time zones.
