**Role Objective**:
- O principal objetivo será desenvolver controles e projetos junto a equipe, fornecedores e times correlacionados. Além disso, você vai precisar trabalhar sua visão analítica para entender como as informações coletadas podem evoluir o mercado, trazendo análises e insights Mas Como?
- Automatizar os fluxos de influencer marketing;
- Propor ações que possam alavancar as vendas, ganhar market share e posicionar a campanha de forma escalável;
- Promover ações de engajamento, com o intuito de aproximação do negócio e fidelização de indústrias e outro parceiros comerciais;
- Produzir conteúdos alinhados com as etapas da jornada de compra do cliente, atrelando ao marketing de influência como canal de divulgação: artigos, materiais, roteiros, cases de sucesso;
- Desenvolvimento do funil de Marketing de Influência (awareness e performance);
- Desenvolver pautas para conteúdos em diferentes canais;
- Auxiliar no desenvolvimento de materiais com foco em geração de leads e relacionamento, campanhas, briefings;
- Auxiliar no relacionamento com a nossa base de contatos, na criação de fluxos de nutrição de informações necessárias;
- Análise e report de resultados das ações de conteúdo;
- Ter grande familiaridade com as plataformas de Social Media (Instagram, Tik Tok, Youtube e afins).
**Main Responsibilities**:
- Dar suporte na execução das ações planejadas (Acquisition e Branding), na análise de dados de performance de campanhas, assim como nos fluxos financeiros da área;
- Garantir o fluxo de postagens e aprovação de conteúdos diariamente com Agência;
- Criação e controle dos cupons/condições de desconto utilizados nas campanhas + acompanhamento de resultado e criação de reports;
- Contato direto com parceiros e fornecedores;
- Ser a principal ponte entre o time de Influenciadores e Co-Marketing, para a criação de campanhas com as indústrias, auxiliando no processo criativo e mecânico (focado em influencers);
**Key Requirements**:
- Cursando Publicidade e Propaganda, Comunicação Social - jornalismo, Marketing ou áreas correlatas;
- Inglês fluente/intermediário
- Experiência executando estratégias de marketing de conteúdo com influenciadores;
- Experiência com report, análise e redação de conteúdos;
- Habilidade com métricas de performance e indicadores de Marketing;
**Plus**:
- Falar espanhol, pode ser um diferencial.
- Conhecimento avançado em Growth Hacking /Growth Marketing;
- Experiência com ferramentas de automação de marketing;
- Conhecimento em: Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Data Studio, Facebook Business, Google Ads, Tik Tik Ads e similares;
