Salesforce Administrator

As part of the Operational Excellence team, you'll play a key role in the Global Operations to provide the best service to all customers. We're a diverse group working to improve and automate customer service processes. Together, we implement strategic Salesforce Solutions so that customer service processes are fluid and as efficient as possible. Our team consists of 12 people from 4 different countries. We're looking for a Salesforce Analyst to implement Salesforce Solutions that tackle the pain points of our Customer Service teams.

**What you'll do**
- Interact with Customer Support teams to understand processes, needs and issues
- Design Salesforce functional solutions
- Implement/Configure Salesforce solutions
- Identify Opportunities of incremental improvements on the existing Salesforce setup
- Maintain the existing Customer Service Salesforce setup
- Salesforce functional bug fixes

**You'll be great for this role if**
- You have proven experience on Salesforce configurations and ecosystem
- You have hands-on experience with configuration in Salesforce Visual Flow
- You have worked on Service Cloud projects
- You have Business Analysis skills
- You know how to deal with multiple stakeholders
- You have advanced English
