**The Role**:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to join our dynamic team and help shape the future of sales and marketing technology. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and strategy through to launch and iteration. You will work closely with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer success teams to deliver innovative solutions that meet the evolving needs of our diverse user base and drive significant business growth.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Product Strategy & Roadmap**: Define and champion a clear product vision and strategy for key areas of our marketing and sales automation platform, aligned with Genesis Digital's overall mission and market opportunities.
- **Roadmap Initiative Leadership**: Take ownership of key roadmap initiatives, including: UX/UI Enhancements, Advanced Analytics, AI Integrations.
- **Market & User Research**: Conduct in-depth market analysis, competitor research, and customer interviews to identify user pain points, unmet needs, and emerging trends. Translate these insights into actionable product requirements.
- **Roadmap & Prioritization**: Develop and maintain a prioritized product roadmap, balancing short-term deliverables with long-term strategic goals. Clearly communicate roadmap decisions and rationale to stakeholders.
- **Product Definition & Requirements**: Author detailed product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Work closely with design and engineering teams to ensure a shared understanding and successful execution.
- **Cross-functional Collaboration**: Serve as the central point of contact for your product area, fostering strong relationships and effective communication with engineering, design, marketing, sales, customer support, and leadership.
- **Go-to-Market Strategy**: Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop and execute successful go-to-market strategies for new features and products, including pricing, positioning, and sales enablement.
- **Product Launch & Iteration**: Oversee product launches, ensuring readiness across all departments. Monitor product performance post-launch, gather user feedback, and iterate rapidly to continuously improve the user experience and drive adoption.
- **Data-Driven Decisions**: Utilize data analytics and A/B testing to inform product decisions, measure success, and identify areas for improvement.
- **Mentorship & Leadership**: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior product team members (if applicable) and contribute to a culture of product excellence.
**Required Qualifications & Skills**:
- 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in a SaaS or marketing/sales technology company.
- Proven track record of successfully launching and iterating on B2B software products.
- Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and a demonstrated ability to advocate for user-centric design.
- Experience with data analysis and leveraging analytics to inform product decisions. Familiarity with advanced analytics concepts is a plus.
- Experience working with engineering teams to manage technical debt and make strategic trade-offs.
- Experience in developing or managing community platforms or membership-based products is highly desirable.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative, and collaborative environment.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
