**TSYS is looking for a Director, Contract Management to be part of our team, in charge of contracts in LATAM**

**What Part Will You Play?**
- Prepares, negotiates, and reviews a variety of agreements, including non-disclosure agreements, proposals, letters of intent, outsourced services agreements, amendments, software licensing agreements, consultancy agreements, statements of work, variation orders, escrow agreements and termination letters, to safeguard the company's interests.
- Provides regulatory, legal and contractual advice, including data protection and privacy and property related matters.
- Reviews legal aspects of Requests for Information (RFIs) and Requests for Proposal (RFPs), providing advice during the proposal stage and preparing legal aspects of proposal responses.
- Investigates and manages claims by and against the company.
- Works with Vendor Management on vendor agreements, including agreements with suppliers of value-added services.

**What Are We Looking For in This Role?**

**Minimum Qualifications**
- Relevant Experience or Degree in related field of study from an accredited university is required; however, relevant experience in lieu of a degree may be considered.
- Professional experience in contract management.
- Minimum of 5-6 years’ experience in a managerial position.
- Advanced English and Spanish level (Speaking, writing and reading).
- Availability to work in Campinas in a hybrid model.
