**Responsabilidades e atribuições**
1. Manage incoming invoices of Strattner Netherlands (Holanda):

- Insert into the bookkeeping system via a no-hands solution;
- Taking care of payments EUR, USD and BRL;
2. Manage invoices sent to customer:

- Insert into the bookkeeping system via a no-hands solution;
- Follow up payments extra accountable;
3. Bank statements:

- Import all bookings/ payments into system;
4. Weekly and monthly reporting
- For internal and external purposes;
- Per cost center / order;
- Accrual bookings;
- Turnover;
- Purchase costs;
- Estimative costs following orders;
- Insurances;
- Stock & orders in transit;
5. Exchange rates plus differences;

6. Managing intercompany account;
**Requisitos e qualificações**
Minimum Requirements**:
1. English - advanced in writing and speaking;
2. Portuguese - advanced in writing and speaking;
3. Microsoft Office - advanced in Excel;
4. 5 years experience in financial and administrative activities;
**Desirable Requirement**:
1. Microsoft AX system experience;
