Core Responsibilities
Content Operations
Plan and execute social media content (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, etc.) in Portuguese (preferred) and English, ensuring compliance with Brazilian regulations and platform policies.
Design creative content (pictures, texts, short videos, live broadcasts, etc.) based on event hotspots and user interests to increase interaction rate and fan growth.
User interaction and public opinion management
Respond to fan comments and private messages promptly, maintain brand image, handle sensitive issues and synchronize with the compliance team.
Monitor social media sentiment and regularly summarize user feedback and competitor trends.
Data analysis and optimization
Track operational data (exposure, interaction, conversion, etc.) and make recommendations for content strategy adjustments.
Cross-departmental collaboration
Collaborate with design, compliance, and customer service teams to ensure content legality and brand consistency.
