**The position and your team**

Team Brazil is a very friendly, fun, and tight team that is not afraid to show their dance moves at an office party. Facing a challenge? There is always someone to help you out As a Senior Key Account Analyst, you will be part of the Account Management department at the center of our business, helping to create happy people. The Account Management team works closely with all other departments within BrandLoyalty and our clients all over Brazil to ensure that our loyalty programs are executed in the best way possible.

In the role of Senior Key Account Analyst, you will (amongst other things) be:

- Keeping track of the programme schedule, managing deliveries, and making sure that the projects are on time;
- Collaborating with different departments for requirements of introducing products to the local market;
- Following up on projects defined during briefing meetings;
- In daily contact with clients and internal stakeholders on the preparation process;
- Analyzing and reporting on weekly and monthly program results, identifying reasons for campaign performance, and taking actions;
- Designing marketing activities to support sales performance;
- Financial closing and evaluation of loyalty programs.

**Do you recognize yourself in the following**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising and Marketing, Administration,
- 4+ years of experience as a Key Account Analyst or 1+ yours of experience as a Marketing / Account manager;
- Experience with excel and powerpoint;
- A flexible problem solver/ keen multi-tasker, with the ability to anticipate changing circumstances;
- An excellent communicator (verbal and written) in English and Portuguese.
