**You'll be responsible for**:

- Make sure we are generating the highest possible volume of leads in B2BC (generate new bookings for doctors) campaigns while staying within budget and CPA goals;
- Manage the strategic direction and operations of paid search campaigns in LatAm;
- Colaborate with a team of local paid marketers marketers across LatAm;
- Develop new hypotheses for how to improve paid advertising campaigns and work with your team to implement tests based on them;
- Together with other stakeholders, analyze the performance of paid marketing campaigns and recommend improvements to campaigns based on insights generated;
- Support junior paid marketing specialists and third-party agencies in their skill and knowledge development while not being afraid to “get your hands dirty” and help out with day-to-day work when needed.

Qualificações
- Strong experience with direct campaign management experience in Google Ads
- Excellent analytical skills and strong Excel skills. You know your way around the online marketing ecosystem, and the most important tools
- Experience using Smart Bidding strategies and optimizing toward clear targets.
- Familiarity with different attribution models and how they work
- Strong project management skills with the ability to work cross-functionally, manage, implement, and analyse various initiatives in a fast-paced environment
- Strong level or Native speaker of Spanish, Portuguese, and business English
