Bluelight is a leading software consultancy dedicated to designing and developing innovative technology that enhances users' lives.With a steadfast commitment to delivering exceptional service to our clients, Bluelight excels in its focus on quality and customer satisfaction.Our mission is to create cutting-edge applications while fostering a collaborative and enriching work environment for our team members to grow and thrive.With a presence across the United States and Central/South America, we are expanding and seeking exceptional talent to join our dynamic community.We are looking for a growth-focused B2B marketer with strong experience in paid media, marketing automation, and B2B lead generation.The role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and can contribute to challenging and meaningful projects, developing high-quality applications that stand out in the market.If you are passionate about software development and eager to be part of a growing consultancy, we invite you to apply.About The RoleGrowth-focused B2B marketer with strong background in paid media and marketing automation.Responsible for driving qualified leads for nearshore staffing solutions using paid strategies and sophisticated HubSpot automation.Owns media engine that connects U.S. companies with world-class engineering talent in Latin America.Proficient in Google Campaign Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and HubSpot.Understands marketing of complex B2B services.Key ResponsibilitiesB2B Media Planning & Strategy.HubSpot Ownership: develop workflows, lead-scoring models, attribution reports connecting ad spend to closed client deals.Strategic Planning: develop comprehensive media plans targeting decision-makers at startups and enterprise companies.Market Research: deep analysis of target-audience consumption patterns and outreach channels.Innovation: stay abreast of emerging B2B trends, AI integrations, and new channels for reaching technical talent buyers.Sales Enablement: advise New Business and Account teams on budgets and strategies.Campaign Execution & Management: oversee multi-channel execution of LinkedIn Ads (Account-Based Marketing) and Google Ads (High-intent search).Vendor Management: manage relationships with external vendors or agencies.Full-Funnel Analytics: track B2B KPIs beyond clicks, focusing on MQLs, SQLs, cost per discovery call, pipeline velocity.Optimization: analyze campaign data; refine audience segments (e.g., target tech stacks such as React or Python).Budget & ROI Management: manage media budgets, pacing, forecasting, and identify cost-saving opportunities.Skills & Qualifications4+ years of experience in B2B performance marketing or media buying; experience in Staffing, Recruiting, or SaaS a plus.HubSpot proficiency; deep experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub workflows, landing pages, list segmentation, and CRM integration; HubSpot certifications highly preferred.Paid media expertise in LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Google Ads.Analytical mindset; proficiency in Google Analytics 4, HubSpot Reports, and LinkedIn Insights Tag.Strong communication skills; ability to explain complex marketing data to non-marketing stakeholders.Self-motivated; capable of working independently in a remote environment while maintaining collaboration.Company BenefitsCompetitive salary and performance-based bonuses.Generous paid-time-off policy.Flexible working hours.Work remotely.Continuing education, training, conferences.Company-sponsored coursework, exams, and certifications.We are excited to have a consultant who makes a direct and significant impact on our clients' businesses.You will work on a variety of projects and collaborate with modern technologies and experts in the industry.If you're eager to be part of an exciting, rapidly growing consultancy, we encourage you to apply.#J-*****-Ljbffr
