**What you’ll do**:

- Plan and execute **lab
- and pilot-scale experiments**, working closely with our technical service team;
- Lead the development of **assays, protocols, and analytical processes**, staying aligned with the latest scientific trends;
- Collaborate with **cross-functional teams**(R&D, Technical and sales) on product development projects;
- Explore new technologies in collaboration with **customers, partners, and suppliers**;

**We are looking for**:

- Bachelor’s degree in **Biological Sciences, Food Engineering, Biotechnology, Microbiology**, or related fields;
- Hands-on experience working with **industrial enzymes, yeasts, or other microorganisms**;
- Comfortable working in **collaborative and cross-functional environments**;
- Strong **oral and written communication skills**, in English and Portuguese;
- A curious, proactive, and **innovation-driven profile**, with a results-oriented mindset.
