**Job Description**:
This is a home-based position in Brazil
Main responsibilies include:
- Managing full cycle recruitment process for roles on a regional scale
- Screening CV’s for the appropriate skills, experience and knowledge in relation to position requirements
- Developing job advertisements and recruitment materials tailored to each position
Establishing ongoing relationships with each area to understand current and future business and recruitment needs
- Ensure ongoing maintenance of our Applicant Tracking System Develop and maintain compensation and benefits package benchmarks
Understanding the business and functional areas to target and hire best talent
- Creating and sharing analytical recruiting reports**Qualifications**:
- Results oriented, accountable and team player, ready to work in a truly dynamic and developing work environment
- Proficiency in English and Portuguese, Spanish is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology or related fields, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience that presents the required knowledge, skills and abilities
- Independent experience in sourcing and recruiting different seniority levels
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), ATS, job portal use, etc.
