**Job Summary**

We are seeking a Real Estate Sales Associate to help us sell properties. In this position, you will help us secure new listings, work with the seller to set a price for the property, and ultimately find a buyer to purchase the property. Within this process, you may help improve the property to entice buyers or negotiate on the asking price. You must have a real estate license, and preferably a bachelor's degree in business or a closely related field. However, if you have ample experience in the field, a degree is not necessary.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Secure new listings for our company
- Set an asking price for the property
- Find suitable buyers to view the house
- Negotiate on the final selling price with the buyer
- Help with processing the necessary paperwork

**Requirements and Qualifications**
- High school diploma or GED certificate
- Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent experience
- Real estate license
- Strong negotiation and sales skills
- Familiarity with the local real estate market

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Internship, Contract, Permanent
Contract length: 12 months
Part-time hours: 40 per week

Pay: R$23,200.00 - R$80,200.00 per year
