GP Strategies is seeking for an Instructional Designer Pleno for one of our clients at Telecommunication field.

Instructional Designer Pleno

Brazil

He designs and develops educational solutions and learning experiences.

He is responsible for updating the team with methodologies and market trends training market

MAIN ACTIVITIES

Analysis and survey of inputs;
participation in briefing for demand understanding;
development of content; responsible for chaining the entire educational structure of the content;
participation in internal training for self-development; meet agreed schedule; monitoring of on-site activities at the client.

BACKGROUND REQUIRED (years of experience, and which specific áreas).

2 years experience as an Instructional Designer in corporate education and video script development. Knowledge of authoring tools is desirable.

SKILLS

Excellent communication, time management, emotional intelligence, interpersonal relationship, proactivity, sense of responsibility.

ACADEMIC BACKGROUND

Graduation complete or studying in: pedagogy, psychology, letters, journalism, communication, marketing and related areas.

AREAS WITH WICH ROLE INTERACT

Directly with the client (requesting and collaborating); internal areas (content development, creation, HR, IT, BI)
