**Instructional Systems Designer (Designer Instrucional Senior)**

GP Strategies is seeking for an **Instructional Designer Senior** for one of our clients at Telecommunication field.

**Responsibilities**:

- Analysis and survey of inputs;
- Participation in briefing for demand understanding;
- Development of content;
- Responsible for chaining the entire educational structure of the content;
- Participation in internal training for self-development;
- Meet agreed schedule;
- Monitoring of on-site activities at the client.

**Qualifications**:

- 4 years experience as an Instructional Designer or Content Analyst in corporate education.
- Knowledge of authoring tools is desirable (Captivate / Articulate
