**THE OPPORTUNITY**:
We are hiring an **Instructional Designer **for our **Customer Experience - CX** team in **São Paulo**
The role is to join our CX team, responsible for providing our frontline teams with the knowledge and skills they need to deliver world-class support.
**YOUR IMPACT**
- Responsible for large-scale curriculum mapping, outlining, design, and development. (Learning paths, Leadership, and Soft Skills Programs).
- Perform content gathering/research and audits.
- Design sequence and scaffold a learning experience, including interface design, navigation, and UX copy.
- Design standardized learning templates and assets, ensuring consistency in voice, style, and brand across deliverables.
- Design and Develop courses ensuring that the functionality is in line with adult learning principles, learning science, UI/UX, and learner behavior in a corporate environment.
- Produces clear, concise, and comprehensive learning materials, including storyboards, facilitator's guide, videos, simulations, role plays, infographics, and **interactive eLearning courses** (Levels 2 and 3)
- Build formative and summative assessments/quizzes
- Adjust learning content in response to feedback (reviews) and metrics.
- Play an active role by contributing to the growth and scale of the CX learning programs with innovative design.
- Facilitate TTT.
**WHO YOU ARE**:
- Relevant professional experience as an instructional designer.
- Bachelor's Degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
- Experience in managing, developing, and setting up projects related to training programs and education environments.
- **Being fluent in English, **and Spanish is desirable.
- Strong Communication and Written Skills **(Portuguese and English);**:
- Experience in using SCORM, HTML5, LMS features, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, and Articulate 360 is required.
- Able to work independently to achieve target timelines under conditions of ambiguity, multiple deadlines, and changing priorities;
- Ability to review and evaluate operating procedures and recommend improvements.
- Possess good problem-solving and organizational skills
- Advanced project management skills
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with external and internal stakeholders.
